Welcome to BangBangMiao (iOS and Android). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
BangBangMiao helps families create, sync, and remind each other about everyday tasks, with optional voice input and smart organize.
You must sign in to use the service: Sign in with Apple on iOS, or Google Sign-In on Android. You should protect your account and household invite codes and are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account in the app at any time.
You retain any rights you legally hold in content you submit and authorize us to process it only to operate, synchronize, back up, support, and improve the service. After joining a household, shared content—including nickname, role, avatar, tasks, notes, assignees, times, and thank-you messages—can be viewed by members of that household. Invite only people you trust and make sure you have the right to submit feedback and attachments such as images and videos.
When you delete your account, you are removed from the household and we delete your account profile and feedback as described in the Privacy Policy. If other members remain, their shared tasks remain. If you are the last member, the household and its tasks are deleted.
Smart Organize relies on third-party AI and may be inaccurate—please confirm results before creating a task. Speech recognition depends on each platform’s system capabilities (iOS / Android) and may also err. AI use is subject to a daily limit. Push reminders, real-time synchronization, and offline uploads may be delayed or fail because of network conditions, system settings, or third-party services. Do not rely on the app alone for important reminders.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes. If you materially violate these terms or harm the service or others, we may reasonably restrict or terminate your access.
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses from network issues, third-party outages, recognition errors, or user mistakes.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
